  • Essential: Experience selling a business to business service solution
  • Stable career history with demonstrable proof of success
  • Strategic mindset with knowledge of EBITDA
  • Strong managerial skills with the ability to coach, motivate, lead and performance manage
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with experience of sales reporting and forecasting
Head of Sales - key responsibilities

  • To meet business financial performance targets
  • Ensure retention targets are achieved
  • Manage 3 direct reports, Sales Manager, Customer Success Manager and National Accounts Manager ( with 13 dotted line reports )
  • Conducting appraisals, 11's, performance reviews and developing plans and strategies to drive performance improvement
  • Ensure all activities are compliant and adhering to company processes
  • Arrange and coordinate all ongoing staff training and development in conjunction with training manager
