Description
We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our successful team within a world leading meal kit company based out of Derby:


Salary:
£25,000pa

Working Monday to Friday 9am

  • 5pm
3-month contract

Contracted to 37 hours per week As a HR Administrator you will be the support on all administration duties for the HR team.


You will support engagement and communications initiatives onsite in line with the project goals, work closely with the project team & managers to ensure all administration task are delivered.

We are looking for people who are keen to start a career in HR with a strong administrative background.


HR Administrator Responsibilities:

Being based on the front desk, welcoming visitors, and supporting with HR queries from production team members
Working closely with senior management to support people management
Supporting company culture, driving initiatives, and organising culture activities
Being the go-to for queries from both office staff and production teams
Providing HR system support to other members of the HR Team and Operations Teams
Playing a key role in Absence Management, tracking data, pulling reports, spotting trends, and giving summaries to the HR Lead and Executive
Working in unison with the Recruitment Team to support on-boarding tasks
Supporting our weekly payroll
Managing our office budget


HR Administrator must be:

Highly autonomous
Keen to run with tasks independently
A skilled administrator
Able to work quickly while paying attention to detail
Can easily learn to navigate new platforms
Strong organisational skills
Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
Has strong initiative and problem-solving skills
Confident managing a large volume of administrative tasks
