Are you a personal trainer looking for the next step? Qualified lifeguard looking for a Duty Manager role?

4Leisure are currently recruiting on behalf of a high-end luxury health club and residential development across London. The role is to assist in managing the daily operation of a 5* leisure facility.

For this Duty Manager position, you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests and external contractors and will be the first and main point of contact for all queries within the Club.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

Opening and closing the building:

Managing various teams across the building:

Having thorough knowledge of all products and systems:

Dealing with customer queries and complaints:

Ensuring health and safety guidelines are complied with:

Administrative duties:

Responding to emergency situations:

Supporting the operational manager

Skills and Experience

Significant experience within a similar role in the Health and Fitness Industry and working in a 5* environment
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required
Must be detailed oriented, friendly and organized
Level 2 Gym Instructor/ Level 3 Personal Trainer with Group Exercise
Health and Safety experience within a leisure facility
Be adaptable and able to work well in a team

This role will require a mixture of shifts including early, mid and late with a rotation on weekends.
