Our Building Services team are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join the team in West Malling, Kent.


The primary function of the role is to contribute to the effective and efficient operation and compliance of the Hard FM Operations Team.

The secondary function of the role is to provide administrative operational and commercial support as required on the Contract.

You'll:


  • Liaise with clients, Engineers & contractors to book in and confirm planned maintenance works and update any associated tasks
  • Ensure accurate, relevant and timely communication is maintained at all times.
  • Assist PPM Coordinators with ensuring accurate reporting and uploading of statutory documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to Supervisory and Management staff across the contract.
  • Support the Managers to meet the Client's needs and objectives.

We're looking for:


  • An understanding of how a CAFM system, such as Concept, works as well as Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and how to manage tasks in order to meet those SLA's.
  • Good Customer Service and telephone manner is essential along with the ability to work alone and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
