110% People has proudly partnered with a nursery in Hillingdon. We are currently recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner L2/3.

We are looking for someone who is loyal and passionate about working with children, who is actively seeking a permanent role.

About the Role.**- Being a Key Person and supporting your key children

  • To ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care and development for all children
  • To assist in promoting equal opportunities and the inclusion of children with special educational needs and disabilities.
  • To liaise with and support parents/carers and other family members
  • To help prepare and fully set out the nursery before the children arrive and to tidy away at the end of the session.
  • Undertake regular observations of children and activities and maintain personal records for each child.
