We are currently recruiting exclusively with a client based in Rochester for an Administrator.
Their offices are based within walking distance from good public transport links and all the amenities in the town centre.
They have free onsite parking and are offering a starting salary off £20 - 24K DOE. This organisation has gone through substantial growth for the last 4 years and is continuing to see this so this is a really exciting time to joinDuties:
- General administrative support for directors and senior managers
- Updating customer orders on the system and all associated paperwork
- Raising invoices
- Auditing and cross checking stock orders
- Written communication with customers
Requirements:
- Strong administration skill
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to work to deadlines
- Competent IT user and confident picking up new software and platforms
Detail:
- Salary £24K DOE
- Hours
- Monday to Friday hour lunch) this may move on to include some Saturday working
