• Efficiently running and scheduling all engineers for servicing and call outs.
• Taking inbound and making outbound calls from/to customers.
• To keep customers informed of timescales and ensuring engineers attend as soon as possible.
• Control of the engineers daytoday service and repair schedule using Simpro.
• Being the point of contact for any service/customer enquiries.
• Raising and closing of service and repair jobs.
• Creating data for new assets, customers, and sites.
• Ensuring correct customer information is entered onto Simpro and Hubspot.
• Assisting with engineer queries.
• Sending RAMS, insurance certifications with engineer details to customers.
• Liaising with area Sales Managers to communicate additional installation/repair opportunities off the back of engineer service reports.
• Booking hotels for engineers.
