We are seeking a
Business Analyst who has the ability to identify and manage stakeholders, and to build close working relationships across the business and with suppliers for our renowned client
based in Bedfordshire on a
permanent basis paying between £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.

_Please note:

This role allows hybrid working with up to 4 days per month in the office. _

_ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE_
-
_7 years minimum of_ _demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or System Analyst on bespoke back-end systems developed in-house

_:

_Strategic thinker, trusted adviser, clear communicator, analytical thinker, problem solver and knowledge sharer

_:
-
_Business and technical domain modelling, requirements elicitation, analysis, definition, and management in supporting the discovery, design, build and delivery of business and technology solutions for projects

_Demonstrate 'system analysis' skills required to identify impacts of changes, including understanding of legacy back-end systems, APIs, database structures and system functional logic.

Includes experience of liaising with developers, testers,designers, and architects to help shape solutions

_Experience in Agile and Waterfall would be highly desirable._
