Please note this is a part time, permanent post (30 hours per week) and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
**This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Practitioner to join our Integrated Community Support Team (ICST) in the Cambuslang / Rutherglen area.

  • Formal qualification at HNC Level or equivalent level of experience in a health / education / social care environment plus short specialist courses relevant to specific clinical area
  • Valid Full UK driving licence

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

  • Awareness of health legislation relevant to the clinical area.
  • Knowledge of the clinical speciality/area process, techniques and / or activities relevant to client group.
  • Effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Working knowledge of basic information technology.
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn and develop new skills and maintain a record of learning.
