We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team; you will be a key contributor at a rapidly growing, global diagnostics company.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, generating demand, help build and support the brand and help optimize the marketing channel by assisting in carrying out marketing campaigns and subsequently performing data analysis, this role will help make recommendations for future activities, potential growth opportunities, and marketing content optimization.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Organize and oversee multichannel marketing campaigns, exhibitions/conferences and promotional events
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Collaborate with managers in preparing relevant budgets
- Capture and report data to generate marketing productivity metrics.
- Create calendars and trackers as needed.
- Assist in development of strategy and roadmap for reporting and analysis of sales leads
Essential Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in a Marketing role.
- Degree in relevant field
- Understands analytics, operational, and marketing concepts.
- Experience of CRM (ideally Salesforce)
- Digital marketing, including experience with campaigns/projects across multiple channels with quantitative performance metrics and SEOs
- Detail oriented and can show prioritization and organization skills with an ability to see a task through to completion, despite the other project demands.
- Proactive and shows initiative
- Build reports to provide insights on marketing activities
Desirable Requirements:
- Degree in a life science discipline

- £25, £30,000.00 per year
