We are currently working with a large, global business based in Sheffield with their search for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join them on a 6 month contract.

This business is based in Sheffield within easy commute from Leeds, Doncaster and Worksopand offers hybrid and flexible working.

As Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team who prepare the monthly management accounts for the central functions.

Your role will be to delve into the numbers, reporting on all key variances and to be fully responsible forthe budget and all sales forecasting.

You'll be partnering with all the senior stakeholders of the business and will therefore be able to demonstrate the ability to influence decision making at a high level.

In the role, you will work closely with other finance colleagues to monitor and drive business performances within the business, providing strategic insight and data driven decision making, interpreting data and managing budgets.

Be qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with experience within a similar role
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
In depth variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience
The proven ability to both build relationships and be an influencer across all levels
The confidence and ability to work autonomously whilst still being part of a team
Self motivation with the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
Experience of an ERP system, as well as all MS Office systems
