Electrician Supervisor - Construction - Hull - £33,842 - £38,970 + Benefits

Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting on behalf of a major Construction & Maintenance company in the Hull area who operate as one of the leading building, repairs, and maintenance contractors.

They are presently employing around 500 people and have a turnover of £50m and they have some ambitious plans in place to grow this again over the coming years.

Purpose / Key responsibilities:

To lead by example and provide professional operational and management of all internal operational staff, Supervisory staff and external contractors employed by the Company.
To actively work with the management team to deliver service requirements and through continuous development look at efficiencies throughout the business.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining H&S standards and suggest improvements where required.
Lead a team of Operatives/Contractors.
Provide support and deputise for the Manager/Deputy Operations Manager at client/contract/internal meetings where required.

Requirements:

Previous Supervisory experience within a maintenance environment and management of multidiscipline teams.
Qualified Electrical craft/trade background essential.
Flexible and adaptable to changing work and team environments.
