Basic scope and primary objectives:


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and skilled individual to join our excellent customer support and adminstration function.

We are looking for you to use your skills to provide a professional and efficient service to pensions and recruitment customers at Tes.


Key role responsibilities:


  • Process monthly pension reports.
  • Identify discrepancies between pension reports and payments.
  • Work to the highest standards to ensure first class service is delivered, whilst ensuring Quality & Regulatory standards are adhered to.
  • Drive continuous improvement of products, service, and support strategies.
  • Take ownership of complex queries
  • Support the team with other admin tasks.
  • Take responsibility for own personal and professional development.

Experience requirements:


  • Competent with Microsoft packages. Excel is beneficial.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines under pressure.
  • Ability to plan time effectively.
  • Ability to plan and carry out work on your own and as part of the team.
  • The ability to manage a range of complex tasks.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
