Basic scope and primary objectives:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and skilled individual to join our excellent customer support and adminstration function.
We are looking for you to use your skills to provide a professional and efficient service to pensions and recruitment customers at Tes.
Key role responsibilities:
- Process monthly pension reports.
- Identify discrepancies between pension reports and payments.
- Work to the highest standards to ensure first class service is delivered, whilst ensuring Quality & Regulatory standards are adhered to.
- Drive continuous improvement of products, service, and support strategies.
- Take ownership of complex queries
- Support the team with other admin tasks.
- Take responsibility for own personal and professional development.
Experience requirements:
- Competent with Microsoft packages. Excel is beneficial.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to plan time effectively.
- Ability to plan and carry out work on your own and as part of the team.
- The ability to manage a range of complex tasks.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
