The Behaviour Mentor:

The Behaviour Mentor Role:


As a Behaviour Mentor at this school, you will be providing learning and pastoral support for KS3 and KS4 students at a PRU.

You will support the class teacher with managing classroom behaviours, working with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

Asa Behaviour Mentor, you will also provide pastoral support for pupils in need, working with the wellbeing team to provide effective interventions where necessary.


The School:


This Pupil Referral Unit based in Tamworth caters for pupils in KS3 and KS4 with challenging behaviour, SEMH needs and SEN that cannot be met by mainstream education.

Behaviour is challenging, so it is important that you are a Behaviour Mentor with experiencetackling sensitive issues in suitable manner.

Extensive CPD is offered, and the leadership team are incredibly supportive.
