Innaxys is a British software house based in Derbyshire with a long standing in the UK public safety market, developing solutions for scientific policing, physical and digital assets management, firearms and learning management and more.

To continue our expansion, we are recruiting new colleagues to support our project management and sales.

You will be joining a team of passionate people with an average 20s-30s and you will be able to interact at all levels in the organisation in a veryinformal way.

What you will be doing_:

• 
  Pre-sales involvement to assist the team with writing tender responses and planning for the implementation;

Project managing the implementation of software solutions in police forces and other public sector agencies, with an average implementation time between 3 months and a year. You will not need to have a technical background, however youwill need to learn and possess the solutions to demonstrate them and discuss requirements with the client and the development.

Reporting on progress and working alongside the senior management to ensure a smooth delivery process

• We are looking for passionate people, up for a challenge and who like to communicate at all levels.
• You must be confident to demonstrate software solutions in front of an audience and convince people.
• A previous experience of project managing is most welcome but otherwise we will show you.
• This is not a pushpaper project manager's role, this is a role where you will be handson, involved at client level, and you will engage as much with bobbies on the beat than chief police officers and you will find it very rewarding.

The role is based in Heanor, with the ability to work a day a week from home. You will need to visit clients from time to time on-site in the UK or abroad.
