Customer Service Advisor

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
£24,000
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service over the telephone?
Do you want a role that doesn't require working weekends or working past 5pm? Joining a very friendly team that has a real family feel?
In return, the successful Customer Service Advisor will enjoy 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, as well as some time off over the Christmas period as the company closes.
General duties include:
- Handling a range of customer calls regarding products, prices, and other ad hoc queries
- Providing product recommendations based on customer needs
- Processing customer orders and quotations
- Dealing with couriers and chasing any deliveries
- Accurately recording information on internal systems and other admin duties
You will:
- Be friendly and approachable with great customer service skills
- Have some form of officebased experience contact centre/receptionist/admin/office support etc
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£24,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
