Description
We are looking for Credit Controllers and Debt Recovery specialists to join our client based in Harrogate.
The role is on a temporary to permanent basis, to start as soon as possible. They offer hybrid working and a salary to reflect your experience.
You must be able to demonstrate experience in cash collection, debt recovery, or credit control. Experience of working with local authorities is desired.

Key roles:

  • Working with various internal and external stakeholders to reduce debt in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with key contacts to keep documents up to date.
  • Complete regular aged debt reviews with the Finance Director and Credit Manager.
  • Taking ownership of multiple clients sales ledger's to ensure payments are made promptly.
  • Handling and resolving complex queries from stakeholders.
  • Speaking with local authorities to resolve claims and chasing remittances.
  • Manage bank allocations and ensure that debt is manageable.
