Our Customer Service Assistants are the first face of our swim school that our customers see so making a good first impression is vital to this role.

We require someone who is;

Role & Responsibilities

• Signing in of all pupils, ensuring the register is complete at the end of each session.
• Uploading attendances to computer software via tablet
• Ensuring all pupils attend with a parent/guardian who stays onsite for the duration of

their lesson.

• Welcoming new swimmers and showing them the facilities.
• Cash handling for lesson and badge fees.
• Handing out of awards and ensuring they are signed for.
• Answering customer queries accurately and if unsure then taking a message and

ensuring it is passed on the Session Co-ordinator for further action.

• Ensuring all safety books are completed and signed as and when required.
• From time to time, you may be asked to assist with general admin duties.
• Ensuring al rules are adhered to by customers.
• Be confident in your role and responsibilities in an emergency if required.

We are looking for someone to work a Thursday 3:30-6:30pm and a Saturday 10:00am - 11:30am (sometimes 12pm finish on certain weeks of the term).

Overtime / opportunity for other shifts available if wanted.

This is a term-time only role so there will be no requirement to work during school holidays however some opportunities may be available during the year.
