Topline Glass and Glazing are the largest independent sealed unit manufacturer and glass merchants in Somerset. With over 50 years' experience in the glass industry, we manufacture and supply high quality sealed units and specialist glass products using a combination of the latest advanced machinery and highly skilled hand-assembled components. As suppliers to a large and varied base of trade customers, our products have been showcased at the likes of Chelsea Flower Show, Grand Designs and National Lottery funded projects.

Due to growth of the company we are seeking Production Operatives to join our existing team just outside of Ilminster, to help assemble and produce sealed units in various areas of our production line.

We currently operate day shifts starting at 6:30am.

Production operatives will enjoy working in a supportive team environment, with a hands-on approach to delivering production in line with customers orders and to the highest of standards.

Opportunities to develop and grow are actively encouraged as team leader roles are available for all team members wanting to progress and become actively more involved in growing the company.

Training will be given in all areas, although any factory/ production experience would be beneficial.
