Hours:
Will be on a rota basis and comprise of: Earlies 08:00-16:00, Mid shift: 10:00-18:00 Late: 13:00-21:00 and Sleep-in: 13:00-14:00 sleeping between 23:00-08:00

They have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join them in the position of Support Worker in Camden London.
The service provides 12 self contained flats for customers with complex mental health needs a safe place to live where they can grow their skills to help enable them to live an independent life.
Customers can come and go from the service as per their care plans. Developing customers to enable social and community interactions is a key part of this service.Your responsibilities will include:
- Working on a rota basis, Including sleep in shifts
- Complying with all relevant policies & procedures, including but not limited to: Safeguarding, Health & Safety, Customer care, Equality & Diversity, the Code of Conduct etc
- Carrying out assessments to identify and prioritise needs
- Developing and maintaining positive links with key stakeholders
- Creating an environment that promotes opportunities for customers to develop, learn and enable skills towards independence
- Adhering to One Housing's confidentiality polices at all times
- Providing a comprehensive support planning service to customers in line with the department's policies, procedures and approach
- Ensuring customers are fully informed of their rights and responsibilities regarding the service, and are enabled and empowered to get involved in the running of the service through consultation and participation
- Setting up and maintaining customer files and ensure that accurate and up to date records are kept of support provided to customers in accordance with HCS policies including updating on the MPS IT system
What you will need to succeed

- Demonstrable experience of working with vulnerable adults
- Experience of undertaking customer assessments, support planning and keyworking with a clear outcome focus
- Experience of promoting Equality & Diversity
- The ability to represent One Housing to other agencies and companies where necessary
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
- The ability to communicate effectively in writing including the preparation of letters reports & file notes
- The ability to contribute to effective team working
- IT skills including use of Microsoft packages such as word
