The Company:
Regional IFA firm linked to an accountancy group looking to add a Paraplanner to their adviser support team.

It's a Colton, East Leeds based head-office and with a hybrid office/home working setup they are looking for someonewith research/report writing experience to support their growing adviser base.

The Role:
A consultative paraplanning role/remit inclusive of the full research and suitability report writing responsibility, acting as a 'right-hand man' to 2 high performing advisers - Duties include:

Client fact-find assessment and current policy review
Full whole of market research identifying the best solution for the client
Produce clear, compliant, and technically accurate recommendation reports.
Completion of pension, investment, and tax calculations as appropriate.
Work closely with the administrative team and Financial Planners to deliver a consultative service for clients.
Create solid working relationships with product providers and all external stakeholders involved in the adviser process
Adhere to company compliance procedures.

Flexible Working:
Yes -Flexibility to work from home 2/3 days per week in a hybrid office/home capacity

The Person:
IFA/wealth management background required with exposure to supporting IFA's/financial advisers in a full paraplanning capacity. Rounded product research using multiple platforms/funds etc as well as exposure to bespoke suitabilityreport compilation is also required.
