Credit Controller

Plymouth

£25-£30,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their talented team.

This is a permanent role working as part of a busy finance team with primary responsibility for sales ledger and credit control.

If you have a strong background in sales ledger as part of a wider accounting role or credit control, we want to hear from you.

The role:

Effective and efficient Credit Control
Sales Ledger Control
Providing a financial point of contact to the company's customers
Maintaining prices, discounts, and promotions
Monitor credit ratings of customers and advise accordingly.
Communicating with Regional Sales Managers and Customers
Processing remittance advices, credit notes and other deductions
Solving queries with the customers to ensure prompt payment.
Financial administration support and adhoc reporting as required.

Desirable experience:

1 Minimum 2 years of experience in a credit control or accounts assistant type role involving the sales ledger and credit control.

2 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

3 A confident communicator with a customer focuses attitude.

Logistics & Hours:
Free onsite parking in an accessible Plymouth location. Monday-Friday (40hrs per week)
