We are looking for a Production Operative to join a busy team, and be part of a growing business with huge national presence with several sites across the U.K.

As a Production Operative you will have:

Previous experience in a factory
Experience of meeting targets
Team work
Attention to detail
Excellent communication

A Production Operatives responsibilities will be:

Following the instructions of the Production and Shift Manager to achieve the production plan
To follow the written work instructions of the Quality system to achieve a consistent, safe product meeting the requirements of the customer
Operate machinery in line with written work instructions
Work at the rate required to achieve the production plan
Monitor the process to achieve the required quality of product
Collect samples and complete production and quality records
