If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our fantastic stonemason team as a Draftsman, specializing in creating beautiful stone staircases and other architectural stone pieces.

As a Draftsman/woman, you will be instrumental in bringing our clients' visions to reality.


Your main responsibilities will include:

• Design and Drafting: Collaborate closely with clients and our stonemasons to produce detailed drawings and plans for stone staircases. Your ability to transform ideas into accurate, architecturally sound designs is vital to our success.

• Material Selection: Help choose the finest stones, considering aesthetics, durability, and functionality, to ensure the final product meets our high standards and client expectations.

• Project Coordination: Assist our stonemason team in managing the fabrication and installation of stone staircases. You will be the link between design and execution, ensuring each step is crafted with precision and care.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain a sharp focus on quality throughout the project, conducting regular inspections to guarantee the end product aligns with the initial designs and meets our stringent standards.

• Innovation: Keep up to date with industry trends and new techniques to elevate our craftsmanship, providing clients with cutting-edge design options.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Construction Drawings, in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
• Strong grasp of design principles and the ability to translate concepts into tangible products
• Proficiency in architectural design software 2D/3D, with a high level of Sketchup proficiency required
• Excellent problemsolving skills and a knack for creative thinking
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams / high proficiency in spoken and written English
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

Pay:
£25,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
