Apollo Home Healthcare is currently recruiting for a small team of Healthcare Assistants who have a genuine interest in working with children.
Our service user is a baby boy who lives with his parents in Harrogate, he requires support throughout the day and night on a 1:1 basis.
You will be supporting him with his personal care needs, moving and handling and any clinical interventions as and when needed such as oral suctioning, PEG feeding and oxygen administration.
He is a young baby and enjoys sensory toys such as ones that make a lot of movement and lights.
We offer comprehensive training allowing you to enhance your experience of working in care and / or with children by working in a more clinical role.
Essential Experience Required
- Experience working with children
- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration
Desired Experience
- Gastrostomy Care (PEG Feeding)
- Oxygen Administration
- Oral Suctioning
Shifts Available
- Part time hours per week
- Days and Nights

Weekdays £13.00 per hour £130 approx. per 10 hour shift
Weeknights £13.50 per hour £135 approx. per 10 hour shift
Weekends £14.00 per hour £140 approx. per 10 hour shift
Bank Holidays £18.00 per hour £180 approx. per 10 hour shift
