The Maternity Service prides itself on supporting you to fulfil your career aspirations. We have a bespoke training offer for all midwives appointed at MKUH. We will commit to supporting you to access an individualised training package based on your specific preferences.

An excellent comprehensive induction package is provided to enable development of your midwifery skills in all areas, including community.

We are excited to begin the design of our Women and Children's Hospital due to be opened in 2025 with a co-located birthing unit with rooms designed to evolve with the needs of the service.
