_gtd Healthcare _is one of the largest NHS commissioned Primary Care, Out of Hours & Urgent Care providers in the North West of England. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Practitioner, Telephone Triage based within our Out of Hours clinical hub in Denton, Manchester.

Telephone Triage Clinicians provide a comprehensive triage service, for patients requiring out of hours services, providing appropriate information, advice or referrals, as per the agreed protocols and pathways.

Whilst working within our Clinical hub you will be part of a multi skilled team that includes advanced nurse practitioners, senior clinical practitioner, registered nurses, dental nurses and prescribing pharmacists and GPs.

Our clinical hub is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we have a variety of shift opportunities available for full time working, part time working, Day time, Evenings and weekend working available.
