JOB TITLE Part-time Secretary/Administrator/Finance Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge of MS Office especially Word, Excel, Access, Outlook & Publisher
  • Good typing skills, including Audio Typing
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to build rapport with Management Committee and Membership
  • An understanding of working as a paid member of staff within a voluntary organisation


  • Ability with numbers

  • Finance etc.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience of dealing with external organisations
  • Selfmotivation and initiative, including very good time management skills
  • Comfortable with working alone in the office
  • Ability to arrange meetings, events and organise diaries

GENERAL
Part-time flexible hours - approximately hours per week. Probationary Period - six months

Commencing Salary in line with National Minimum Wage
