JOB TITLE Part-time Secretary/Administrator/Finance Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge of MS Office especially Word, Excel, Access, Outlook & Publisher
- Good typing skills, including Audio Typing
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to build rapport with Management Committee and Membership
- An understanding of working as a paid member of staff within a voluntary organisation
- Ability with numbers
- Finance etc.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience of dealing with external organisations
- Selfmotivation and initiative, including very good time management skills
- Comfortable with working alone in the office
- Ability to arrange meetings, events and organise diaries
GENERAL
Part-time flexible hours - approximately hours per week. Probationary Period - six months
Commencing Salary in line with National Minimum Wage
