Description

British Security Technologies is growing its elite team and we are looking for an account manager on a full term contract to support the office team.

The day to day will be liaising with the office manager to organise the work schedules and engineer diaries while also maintaining correspondence with our customers.

This role also includes billing, and reporting duties.

There will also be opportunities to pick up on other ad-hoc duties as and when required.


British Security Technologies is a NSI Gold & UKAS certified installer operating in London and the South East specialising in both Domestic and Commercial Security Solutions (Burglar Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Systems).


With over 30 years of experience in delivering specialised security solutions at the highest level, we've built a strong foundation based on customer satisfaction and word-of-mouth recommendation.

To date we have operated as a nimble and agile unit but we are now looking to expand the business and grow the core team.

  • Very good personable skills, want to build a good rapport with customers and be prepared to work to their exacting needs.
  • Ability to work within a Team to perform duties.
  • Organizational skills to aid in scheduling appointments and management of engineer diaries.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office / Google Suite and Outlook services.
  • Good understanding of Finance Software SAGE, XERO etc.
  • Ability to adjust to new Software.
  • Data Entry ensuring all record systems are always up to date.
  • A want to support the growth and success of the company.
  • Support finance department by taking payments, responding to payment queries and also following up with late payments.
  • Understanding on how to manage and respond to general enquiries and complaints while ensuring they are dealt with correctly and efficiently.
  • Pride themselves in their strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Be eager to learn, expand their knowledge base and grow and develop with the team.
  • Be dynamic, positive and keen to be part of a sociable and friendly team.
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met and keeping on top of other Adhoc duties as required.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
