Express Recruitment are delighted to take this role exclusively to market Recruiting for a very exciting opportunity within one of the region's biggest and top employers (the benefits are amazing) located in Nottingham.

Our client is recruiting for a Head of Marketing and Communications to join their team to focus on the creation, implementation, and optimisation of marketing startegies.


In return you'll receive a fantastic salary between c£42,000-£53,000 with 30 days holiday plus stats along with other great company benefits including highly sought-after pension, flexitime & hybrid office working policy.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of marketing strategies
  • Create and manage annual marketing communications plans
  • Use analytics tools to monitor performance across strategies
  • Create and oversee the delivery of content plans
  • Carry out marketing research and competitor analysis

Skills & Experience

  • Experience within a large matrix organisation highly advantageous
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Experience of undertaking market research
