Overview of the role:

You will be responsible for generating lettings viewings, valuations, financial services and home conveyancing referrals.

Your main duties will include liaising face-to-face or over the phone on the letting or renting of a property, you will match clients' needs to rental properties, accompany viewings and negotiate offers between tenant and landlord.

You will also qualify applicants and make the appropriate appointments.

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence and use of your own car is essential
