Want to start 2023 off the right way? We are currently working closely with an industry leading financial services company.

They are looking to hire an IT Performance Analyst on a full time permanent basis with hybrid working options.


Key Responsibilities for the IT Performance Analyst:

  • Lead the day to day management for all aspects of IT Infrastructure performance measurement and improvement
  • Understand where current systems are being over/under utilised
  • Monitoring alerts and identifying what issues need a long term fix
  • Design and implement performance and capacity management processes
  • Ensure the business has a defined approach for proactively managing the performance of the IT estate
  • Be accountable and responsible for ensuring regular performance reporting is available for trend analysis
  • Optimise the infrastructure estate through recommendations

Key Skills for the IT Performance Analyst:

  • Gathering data from 3rd party suppliers
  • Managing 3rd party suppliers
  • Excellent all round experience within IT infrastructure
  • Experience working within a performance framework
  • Experience of performance and capacity tool sets such as, ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Nexthink
  • Proven experience implementing new processes
