As a Barclays Corporate Sales Co-ordinator, you will provide a service to the wider Sales teams that creates the best possible customer outcomes and experience for Corporate Sales colleagues.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside multiple areas of the business including, but not limited to, Sales, Operations and Retail technology, Credit Risk office.
For this role, you will also deliver and implement special projects and support the delivery of optimising the way Corporate Sales Managers use their time to maximise income delivery.

Working Flexibly
We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in.
What will you be doing?:
- Updating Salesforce daily with new MID's and ensuring customer contact details are correct
- Preparing information for customer meetings as appropriate
- Providing support with some midsize to strategic sized implementations (15 Merchant ID+) that do not meet the criteria for full management from the Implementation team (30 Merchant ID's+)
- Supporting the Corporate Sales Managers and owning work with Credit Risk teams, the Tender Management Team and the Pricing Team
- Contributing towards customer service and satisfaction based on CSAT and Barclay's Group internal satisfaction surveys
- Working with the Team Leaders on projects related to process improvement, campaign planning and execution
What we're looking for:
- Working knowledge of the card Issuing schemes
- Indepth knowledge of the card Issuing industry and competitor solutions
- Uptodate knowledge of industry related technical development.
- Proven knowledge of the Business to Business sector
Skills that will help you in the role:
- General knowledge of Corporate Banking
- Exceptional social skills demonstrated by good oral and written communication and a team player who is friendly and confident when dealing with customers and Colleagues
- Ability on regular occasions, challenging deadlines will require a flexible approach to working
Where will you be working?
Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997.
We purchased the building from the landlord in early 2018 as a sign of our commitment to investment in Northampton.
