As Travel Trade Support Executive, Groups - UK & Northern Europe at our Global Office, you are part of a team that drives extraordinary results and bring the legend of Belmond to life.

You will support our North European team of Account Managers and Account Directors, through timely and accurate delivery of a series of administrative tasks.

Primary responsibilities include:


  • Groups Proposal: preparing quotes and offers for group leads, distributing quotes and proposals to customers while maintaining accurate records, tracking option dates and providing support during the negotiation process, and preparing group contracts on behalf of account directors and property directors of sales (DOS).
  • Maintaining an accurate CRM database.
  • Generating and analysing monthly and quarterly production reports using various account management and business intelligence tools.
  • Processing supplier invoices through the financial system and keeping track of expenses, related to sales activities, while monitoring budgetary alignment.
  • Providing the sales teams with uptodate access to presentations, collateral, and information for each Belmond product through the central information platform (Infohub) and other available sources.
  • Collaborating with account directors/managers to plan and execute customer events such as roadshows, trade shows, sales missions, and inbound sales trips.
  • Assisting in the setup and management of virtual training sessions providing technical support during these sessions.
  • Providing support in organizing and delivering virtual customer sales events and presentations, managing the invitation process, and handling administrative communications to customers and propertybased sales teams.

Requirements:


What you Bring:


  • Minimum one year experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, in English. Additional languages will be a plus.
  • Experience in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and data management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent social media skills, especially with Instagram and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including event planning and coordination.
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Computer skills, including, but not limited to use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Capability to manage and achieve deadlines.
