The role:
This will be a very busy role for someone who is self-motivated and can demonstrate a positive attitude to work.
You will be working closely with the engineers to ensure smooth running of jobs from booking appointments to signing off call sheets.
As the Operations Administrator your key responsibilities would be:
- Assist Supervisors with smooth running of the department
- Taking calls and following up customer enquiries
- Assisting call desk when necessaryissuing call outs for engineers.
- Aiding engineers when they need assistance
- Typing general correspondence
- Carrying out all admin duties within the Operations department and Supervisors Office
- Booking in and recording deliveries, and allocating correct job
- Chasing up delivery dates for spare parts.
- Maintaining the shutdown list on Protean.
- Ensure engineers paperwork is completed in a timely manner
- Assist with the monthly service run and provide cover during absence.
- Out of hours Duty Supervisor (on a rota basis)
- Excellent administration skills.
- Good knowledge of IT, experience with Protean would be beneficial
- Building relationships with existing and new members and strengthen their perception of support they get from us
- Working as part of a closeknit team to support each other, as well as give a fantastic service to clients.
