The Role:

As the Accounts Manager you will be responsible for supervising, training and developing all staff at all various levels of experience.

You will be responsible for allocating work load and communicating with clients.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff at varying levels of experience
  • Train and develop staff
  • Develop your team's technical skill and knowledge
  • Build longlasting relationships to help grow the client based and future growth of the business
  • Communicate effectively with clients
  • Attend client meetings
  • Working in a consultative nature with clients to understand their needs
