Job description


We are currently looking for a plant machine operator, preferably with experience of working within a busy yard, ideally with tubulars or scrap handling, to join our team full time and long term.

  • Core Hours

  • Monday to Friday 85, with occasional Saturdays 81
  • May be opportunities to also do additional hours (i.e. Overtime)

Qualifications & Experience Required:


  • 360 Excavator and/or Manual Handling License (essential)
  • Experience of working with tubulars or scrap metal (preferred but not essential)

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Plant Machinery operation
  • Ensure safe operation and maintenance of all relevant vehicles/machinery
  • Whilst adhering site QHSE requirements

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Aberdeen, AB21 0SH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- plant machinery: 1 year (preferred)

- forklift: 1 year (preferred)

- yard based: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
  • 360 Excavator (preferred)
  • Manual Handling License (preferred)
