  • Follow instructions given by the supervisor or manager.
  • Be courteous and polite to customers and make calls.
  • Be a team player and willing to pitch in for other employees that need help.
  • Ensure that all customer queries get a timely response.
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions.
  • Work at a high volume call center where the pace of work is very fast and the environment is stressful.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per hour
