**Salary- £20,000-25,0000**Parks Residential is currently recruiting for an outstanding individual to join our successful Letting team. Based in our central Brighton office, you will be responsible for registering new tenants, showing them our wide range of properties and securing a let.
Skills required:
- Full clean driving licence
- Excellent communicator written, over the telephone and in person.
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Can do attitude and positive approach to situations
- You will also be expected to assist with paperwork and register new tenants onto our inhouse system so an eye for detail and computer literacy would be a huge advantage.
A day in the life of a Lettings Negotiator
- Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Marketing properties to tenants utilising various marketing skills
- A focus on generating new and repeat business
- Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
- Arranging and carrying out viewings
