Churchill Theatre Bromley, we are now recruiting for _
Hospitality Assistants _to join our Front of House team. Shifts are flexible/variable and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Here at the
Churchill Theatre Bromley it is an exciting, fast-paced environment with a variety _
of shows, plays, music and comedy, as well as some community events.

We also host functions including conferences, private functions and parties._

About the Role_

The main responsibilities of the _
Hospitality Assistant _will be:

• Deliver effective, attentive, and personalised customer service
• Provide an efficient drink service, taking orders and aware of allergens and dietary requirements
• Provide a warm welcome by greeting our guests
• Maintain a clean workplace
• Maintain Health and Safety, Food Safety and Fire Safety procedures at all times

This is not an exhaustive list of duties.

From time to time you may be required to undertake alternative or additional duties which will commensurate your skills, experience, and capabilities.

Requirements / About you

Your Experience - ideal but not necessary as training is provided:

• Experience of delivering a high standard of customer service
• Knowledge of food, drinks and allergens
