Description

ASA is seeking a Delivery Train Lead to assist the Delivery Train Manager with ongoing live delivery in the programme.

The role You will be joining an existing team working in a SAFe methodology.


Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Roll out the SAFe principles
  • Support the ongoing delivery of the programme workstream
  • Accountable for delivery work streams being tracked via Jira advanced roadmaps
  • Supporting agile teams in the delivery
  • Supporting risk and escalation processes

Requirements Experience with the following:

  • Working in an Agile delivery environment
  • Implementing SAFe principles
  • Delivering an E2E service
  • Working across multiple functions and suppliers
  • Flexibility working across offices in Scotland
Package - Inside IR53- Hybrid - requires regular attendance at the office - Flexible working
