Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment? Advance Vauxhall, a leading Vauxhall dealership in the Watford, Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe, and Slough area, is seeking a dedicated Aftersales Advisor to join our dynamic team.

As a Aftersales Advisor at Advance Vauxhall, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.

You will schedule service appointments, provide accurate estimates, and communicate with our skilled technicians to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repairs.

The role:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule service appointments and manage service calendars
Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate estimates to customers
Maintain effective communication with customers, technicians, and other team members
Coordinate vehicle repairs, parts ordering, and warranty processes
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through attentive service delivery
Advising on technical issues and queries
Arrange car collection and delivery, providing courtesy cars where necessary
Progressing work through our Aftersales department and invoicing once completed.
Explaining the content of the invoice and breakdown, and taking payments
Being proactive, and liaising with both existing and new customers in relation to their vehicle maintenance schedules
Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time
Upselling additional products and services
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive software systems
Full UK driving license
