Do you drive and have a vehicle ?Are you able to work on patch within South Nottingham visiting tenants for at least 4 days per week, Monday to Friday?
Have you got proven experience working within Estate Management, dealing with ASB, Tenancy changes, Mutual exchanges, Property Viewings and Inspections, as well as Estate inspections ?

Aegis People are seeking an experienced, dynamic Housing Officer that can hit the ground running for a Temporary assignment. You will be working with a renowned Local Authority in the South Nottingham area.
This is an interim role and will be for approximately 10 to 12 weeks.
What you will need:
5 GCSEs A - C grade including Mathematics and English or equivalent experience in a housing, social policy or a related work area.
Skills required for the role:
Ability to communicate with people in a friendly and courteous manner in person and over telephone, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and external parties.
Ability to deal with members of the public
Ability to deal with people in situations where they suffer anxiety, emotional stress or upset themselves.
Ability to deal with potentially difficult residents
Ability to deliver service excellence; deal with demanding situations and diffuse conflict
Ability to develop and maintain written and electronic records
Ability to establish and maintain good working professional relationships within stakeholders and with external/other agencies.
Ability to establish good working relationships and communicate clearly at all levels with customers and staff
Ability to establish professional, effective working relationships with a range of partners/colleagues at all levels.
Other skills:
Ability to case record, report and letter write.
Ability to communciate effectively with all customers, ensuring needs are met
Ability to communicate clearly, appropriately and effectively in a range of situations including meetings, on a one-to-one with individuals and on the telephone.
Ability to communicate effectively face to face, over the telephone and in writing.Ability to communicate effectively with all customers, ensuring needs are met.
