The Company...
We are recruiting a Data Administrator to join a thriving business in the City Centre of York.

With over half a century of industry experience within their niche sector, a bespoke experience is at the heart of everything this growing company does.

The key purpose of this role is to manage and maintain the in-house database which holds all supplier and customer data.

This will need to be kept as accurate and up to date as possible by liaison with various teams and stakeholders throughout the business, sometimes working to tight deadlines.

The job...

As a Data Administrator you will be responsible for the maintenance, adding, amending and deleting data as necessary so a keen eye for detail is a must
Manage and maintain the inhouse database which holds all supplier and customer data, keeping this as accurate and up to date as possible
Accurate and efficient data entry
Identify when something does not look right and have the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders at various levels to resolve the issue
Employing detective work when data looks incorrect and getting to the cause
Quality checking data for any inaccuracies as this would have a major impact on the business

You must have...

Previous administration supportive skills
Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
Great team player and flexible approach

***Salary £22,000

Working full time
