The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our head office.

Reporting into the Customer Service Manager you will be working as part of a team responsible for the service and care of our customers and colleagues.

As Receptionist you'll be the first point of contact for customers, visitors and colleagues entering head office.

You will also be answering the phone in a warm and welcoming way and directing calls to the correct departments.

Each day you will also be responisble for the post distribution of incoming and arranging outgoing post. There may also be times where you are required to support our Directors with administration tasks and preparing refreshments.

Working hours:

Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm

Dealing with day to day administration in head office
Maintaining sundry and kitchen areas
Making drinks for any visitors
Order stationary
Daily post

More about you

Previous customer care experience
Strong administration skills
Experience of managing your own workload
Attention to Detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Friendly and welcoming in nature
A full driving licence would be beneficial

All this is supported by our Head Office in Crewe.
