Trainee Sales & Marketing Management

Duties:


  • Answering phone calls and taking messages with proper phone etiquette
  • Assistance with business growth, Cold calling, Aointment setting, selling, Presentations.
  • Typing and preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases
  • Performing general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Providing administrative support to the team as needed


As this job is a Sales & Marketing Management to our sales Director, Your role will be to assist with all the sales processes in the company, From cold calling to appointment setting to presentations and contract signing.


Requirements:


  • Proficiency in typing and computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and clerical tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality

Note:
Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred but not required.


Salary:
£20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
