Our client is searching for a highly experienced administrator to join their purchasing department.

Do you have excellent administrative software skills.

Key Duties
Deliver accurate records of purchase order administration

Drive all purchase orders to be chased in a timely manner to ensure the most up to date information is available so all other department can manage deadline efficiently

Provide organised administration to a fast paced environment with precision and accuracy


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Data input, maintain accurate records utilising purchasing in house systems

Ensure coordination all data between matrix and planner and sage are aligned

Create purchase orders and amend orders

Progress chasing of order by liasing with suppliers, monitor and record communications

Work closely with the Procurement Manager

Assist with contacting suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues

Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments

Report issues encountered with purchase order related problems and notify Procurement Manager

Stock allocation of components on to Sage 50

Scan delivery notes and book in goods received using Sage 50

Create GRN following Goods In procedure for COSHH

Manage and maintain pallet photos into project folders

Creation of Delivery notes for goods being despatched directly to site and liase with projects for site notification

Save POD's to project folders

Manage the administation of all Non Disclosure Agreements

Record data, KPI's to monitor supplier performance and report to Procurement Manager

Manage the administration of supplier approval list/questionnaires

Deal effectively with all suppliers to build supplier relationships

Support the continuous improvement of Procurement process and system development

Analyse stock levels to determine appropriate order schedules for Procurement Manager to review
