Service Desk Team Leader - Warrington/Hybrid - £45K
Maxwell Bond are working with one of our established IT Solution Provider clients on a Service Desk Team Lead role, based in the Warrington area offering work on a hybrid basis.
You will be leading a team of 8 Engineers, however you will be asked to remain technically capable and 'roll your sleeves up' occasionally to help with day to day operations.
This role offers 1/2 days a week working from home, due to the nature of the post with management responsibilities, there is a necessity to be in the office.
Responsibilities:
Creating and documenting management information and reporting this to the Service Desk Manager.
Providing 1-2-1 performance reviews with team and encouraging PDP/performance improvement.
Assisting with incident resolution and escalations where necessary.
What we need from you:
Solid 4/5 years working in a technical support environment (ideally MSP)
ITIL Foundation (or relevant working knowledge)
Office 365/Exchange Online, SharePoint Online
Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp (ESSENTIAL)
IT Management/2nd Line Management experience
