We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
The shift pattern is 8:30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours).
Provide a comprehensive, confidential, efficient, high quality and timely secretarial administrative service to, Consultants, SpR, radiographic, management and nursing staff within South West Diagnostic Imaging.
Advisory and troubleshooting role in relation to waiting lists/times and rota issues arising within this specialist service.
The post holder will be expected to monitor the administrative systems to ensure the following:
- Achievement of national and local targets.
- Capacity to deliver activity.
- Improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement best practice.
- Provide regular/ongoing adhoc reports to the Management team with information relating to waiting lists as and when required.
