Liverpool Clinical Laboratories wish to appoint a substantive full-time consultant in Cellular Pathology with special interests in gynaecological pathology, breast pathology and renal pathology.

This post is due to an expansion of service. All of these specialist teams are well established and successful tertiary referral centres with regional and national repute.

This is an exciting opportunity for pathologists looking to develop their careers by joining respected and experienced teams and subspecialising in a friendly and stimulating environment.

The cellular pathology service is one of the hubs of the Cheshire and Merseyside cellular pathology network, is the main training centre for cellular pathology trainees and has strong academic links with University of Liverpool.

All of this coupled with the recent move to purpose built new laboratory facilities on site and full roll out of digital pathology makes this the perfect time to be joining our dynamic and expanding department.
